Alan Pott

Alan Pott is a veteran of the Orange County mortgage industry. He previously served as President of the Orange County Chapter of both the Mortgage Brokers Association as well as the President of the Orange County Association of Mortgage Professionals (OCAMP), the Mortgage Bankers Association.
With more than 15 years of Mortgage experience he has a wide range background in mortgage lending. Alan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Finance. Alan previously served as CEO for Century Financial Group (Century National Mortgage) a national mortgage banking firm. He has over time demonstrated an innate ability to navigate the numerous challenges of this volatile industry.
As founder and CEO of American Home Equity, Alan has one goal in mind, the pursuit of Excellence for American Home Equity’s employees and customers.
Alan and Barbara Pott have been married for 17 years and have two teenage children. |

Joe Pazienza recently joined American Home Equity Corporation as the Vice President of Capital Markets. He started in the mortgage business with a Baltimore, MD savings and loan in 1987. His career opportunities brought him to the west coast in 1992 where he began establishing himself in the world of southern California mortgage banking.
His professional affiliations include Orange Association of Mortgage Professionals, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Organization of Wholesale Lenders.
Joe holds a BS in Finance from the University of Baltimore.

John joined American Home Equity in 2005, a seasoned mortgage professional with more than 21 years of experience. He is no stranger to growing companies. As National Director of Wholesale Lending for Independent Builder Lending Services, John constructed and lead his team to over $30 million in fundings monthly.
At American Home Equity, John oversees wholesale and national sales. In order to best serve the customer, he has staffed his department with professionals who are dedicated and strive to get the job done together, which is imperative to succeed in our ever-changing marketplace.
A graduate of Arizona State University John enjoys car rally’s, boating, and most importantly, spending time with his daughter. |

Nancy has been with American Home Equity since inception. With 30 years of mortgage experience she brings a depth of knowledge an experience that is unparalleled. Prior to joining American Home Equity Nancy was integral in automating operational processes and expanding branch locations from 2 to 52 in a rapidly growing mortgage company.
As Nancy oversees the operation’s staff her goal is to find a loan for every home. Instead of resorting to inflexible standards, she will examine a broader variety of indicators because your customers are real people in need of real solutions.
She earned a BA degree from Long Beach State University and served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Homeless Issues Taskforce. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family. |
